Since 2022, John Jesso has served as the Business Development Manager for Pointe Realty Group, a full-service real estate development firm headquartered in Raleigh. Before moving to Washington, NC John moved to Rocky Mount, N.C. from Charlotte, N.C. where he worked with Wachovia Bank for 18 years in the role of strategic program manager. While with Wachovia, John oversaw implementation of the bank’s expansion efforts when it moved into a new territory and was responsible for its growth strategy.

Holli Williamson is a graduate from East Carolina University where she received a B.S. in Elementary Education. During her eight years of teaching, she taught grades kindergarten through third grade. She currently is the Administrative Assistant at Nutrien-Aurora with eight years of experience working for and supporting the Aurora Management team.

Victoria Hamill is an Eastern North Carolina native and graduate of East Carolina University. She holds multiple licensures in education, a BS in Hospitality Management, and Masters in School Administration. She has 12 years of classroom experience and has held support and administrative positions at K-12 schools for 13 years. She is currently serving as the Director of Career and Technical Education (Workforce, Innovation, and STEM) for Beaufort County Schools.

ReAnne has spent her whole life in Washington, NC and after college, worked at the Phosphate Ore Mine in Aurora for 15 years. As an Ore miner, I honed critical thinking and problem-solving skills thanks to the fast-paced nature of the job. Following my mining career, I transitioned into event organizing and management, handling an average of 450 events annually. This experience allowed me to gain insights into local government and tourism, eventually leading me to my current path in marketing.

Kelly Shanafelt has 24 years of non-profit management and fundraising experience for organizations including MAHEC, Warren Wilson College, Asheville Community Theatre, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
